...not that that last post wasn't bitter and twisted. My laptop should be taken away from me after midnight, I think.
On the plus side, I've done one waitressing shift, which was OK, and I have another this evening followed by another 6 this week - enough to buy those boots and pay for New Year and linked transport, huzzah!
Also drove myself back from waitressing, it was great - not driven Dad's car for ages but it was fine. I really *can* drive :-)
Still unpacking, I truly do have trop de stuff!
