This one (or this one if you want the full page with other stuff before the bit I'm specifically linking to) is a rather damning and amusing statement from a judge on the quality of the arguments presented to him in the case; for this one you should read the first paragraph on page 16 then check out the footnotes - it's priceless. I wish English judgements had footnotes like this.
