I think I mentioned these articles to a couple of people, and I've dug them out for your reading pleasure.

This one (or this one if you want the full page with other stuff before the bit I'm specifically linking to) is a rather damning and amusing statement from a judge on the quality of the arguments presented to him in the case; for this one you should read the first paragraph on page 16 then check out the footnotes - it's priceless. I wish English judgements had footnotes like this.

Nice! But the first link you gave requires some scrolling to get to the bit you meant - I think http://feministlawprofs.law.sc.edu/?p=746 would be a better URL. Not that the scroll wasn't worth it :-)
